Voor BAM Infra Nederland en VolkerRail realiseerden we onlangs op meerdere locaties de plaatsing van onze HKV Schroeffunderingen, geproduceerd door VD Leegte Metaal. Deze funderingen vormen de basis voor cameraportalen langs het spoor, waar extreme draagkracht en exacte maatvoering van essentieel belang zijn.
In samenwerking met GJbrinkman.nl BV, leverancier van de Krol-kranen, zijn de 4+4XL HKV-funderingen geplaatst met een maximale afwijking van slechts 20 millimeter. Dankzij de volledige thermische verzinking door Zinq is een levensduur van 80 jaar gegarandeerd.
De cameraportalen maken het voor NS mogelijk om de verplichte 48-uurs inspecties van treinen digitaal uit te voeren in plaats van op locatie. Dat is een belangrijke stap in de verdere digitalisering van de spoorbranche in Nederland en Europa.
In tegenstelling tot reguliere bovenleiding of seinportalen stellen deze digitale inspectieportalen specifieke eisen aan constructie en onderhoud om de betrouwbaarheid van de camerabeelden te waarborgen. De HKV Schroeffundering vormt de stabiele en nauwkeurige basis waarop deze innovatie, mede dankzij WIF Infrafoundations, mogelijk wordt gemaakt.
For BAM Infra Nederland and VolkerRail, we recently installed our WING Screw Foundations, produced by VD Leegte Metaal, at multiple locations. These foundations form the base for camera portals along the railway, where extreme load-bearing capacity and exact alignment are essential.
In collaboration with GJbrinkman.nl BV, supplier of the Krol cranes, the 4+4XL WING foundations were installed with a maximum deviation of only 20 millimetres. Thanks to full hot-dip galvanization by Zinq, a service life of 80 years is guaranteed.
The camera portals enable NS to perform the mandatory 48-hour train inspections digitally instead of on-site. This marks an important step toward further digitalization of the railway sector in the Netherlands and across Europe.
