Weenk Infra Foundations (WIF) heeft recent de fundering gerealiseerd voor een modulair onderstation van ProRail – een innovatief project dat toekomstgericht bouwen centraal stelt.
Dit onderstation maakt deel uit van een bredere aanpak waarbij wordt ingezet op modulair, circulair en energie-neutraal bouwen. Door het gebruik van biobased en herbruikbare materialen en een ontwerp dat elke vijf jaar wordt geoptimaliseerd (vergelijkbaar met modeljaren in de auto-industrie), wordt een langdurige en flexibele inzet van deze gebouwen mogelijk gemaakt.

Verplaatsing van werk naar gecontroleerde fabrieksomgevingen

Weenk Infra Foundations (WIF) recently completed the foundation for a modular substation for ProRail – an innovative project that places future-oriented construction at its core.
This substation is part of a broader strategy focused on modular, circular, and energy-neutral building. By using biobased and reusable materials and employing a design that is optimized every five years (similar to model years in the automotive industry), these buildings are made to be long-lasting and highly adaptable.
