Future-proof foundation for a unique modular project
Voor dit innovatieve en modulaire project hebben wij in totaal 48 volledig demontabele en herbruikbare schroeffunderingen gemonteerd, ontworpen voor een minimale levensduur van minimaal 50 jaar. De funderingen zijn geotechnisch berekend door GrondGrip BV en onafhankelijk getoetst door Movares, waarmee de constructieve veiligheid volledig is geborgd.
De uitvoering vond plaats in nauwe samenwerking met K_Dekker bouw & infra B.V. met inzet van kraanmaterieel vanuit BAM Infra Materieel B.V. Uniek binnen dit project is de grote bodemvrijheid vanaf maaiveld tot aan de onderzijde van het modulaire onderstation. Hierdoor ontstaat optimale ruimte voor de invoer van kabels en leidingen in de nieuwe modules.
Waar nodig zijn kunnen onze gepatenteerde Horizontale Kracht Versterkers ook ingezet worden om de belastingen op maaiveldniveau veilig op te nemen. Onze HKV’s zijn volledig demontabel en herbruikbaar. Dankzij de modulaire schroeffundering kunnen niet alleen de gebouwen, maar ook de funderingen in de toekomst eenvoudig worden aangepast, verplaatst of hergebruikt.

For this innovative and modular project, we installed a total of 48 fully demountable and reusable screw foundations, designed for a minimum service life of at least 50 years. The foundations were geotechnically calculated by GrondGrip BV and independently verified by Movares, ensuring full structural safety.
The execution took place in close collaboration with K_Dekker bouw & infra B.V. using crane equipment supplied by BAM Infra Materieel B.V. A unique aspect of this project is the large ground clearance from surface level to the underside of the modular substation. This provides optimal space for routing cables and pipelines into the new modules.
Where necessary, our patented Horizontal Force Enhancers can also be used to safely absorb loads at ground level. Our Wing Screw Foundations are fully demountable and reusable. Thanks to the modular screw foundation, not only the buildings but also the foundations can easily be adapted, relocated, or reused in the future.
